2. i like the ability to travel through time and worlds; being able to explore new relations and cultures; feel emotions and cry in my room at 1am.

"song to drown rivers". i feel like her a lot of times. the feeling when you do everything you possibly can, always putting others first to end up in solitude.

14 . The sorcery of thorns . I read that like a year or two ago , I remember that I was really excited every day to read . Even if I don’t like it right now , it still has a specialty place in my heart.

Anywaaaaaaay after I finished the series I realized that I’m madly in love with him 😃

4 . My favorite book right now is Dance of thieves , by Mary E Pearson . I really like the main characters , and their love story . But I also love that book because of the lore . It’s actually really cool ( especially the Balanger history ☺️)

2. i read for the escapism, sometimes i get too anxious or angry in the real world and i love being able to just disconnect from it for a few moments☺️☺️ also why i only read fiction!

1. I'm Darenda, and I'm 34 (getting old, I know)
2. Being a mom with 3 kids, I used to not be able to take time to myself. It wasn't until I separated from my husband 4 years ago, that I started to figure out I needed a break. All I did was cater to my kids and clean for hours on end. I was mentally exhausted. My mental health started to decline so bad. I was stuck inside my head with my thoughts all the time and no way to release them. I tried many hobbies. But eventually I came back to reading (haven't picked up a book since high school!!), and in the 2 months that I have been reading, I have read so much! I can escape my mind and go into another world completely, one where I don't have to think about my problems or stresses. While I am reading, I am just simply free.
10. Aelin from TOG. I thought she was completely insufferable through Assassins Blade and Throne of glass.

12. a very moody and emotional reader. I'd cry at even the happiest books if there is a sad scene small enough. Infact, i sometimes cry if the book is wayy too cute.

14. Probably the narnia series. ive read lots of diary of a wimpy kid as a kid too so both of these series, I'd say, got me into reading
