Saad teaches the same philosophy as in Robin DiAngelo's White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism. While I don't fully agree/understand every aspect of this philosophy, I do think this book is valuable for self-reflection and learning other's experiences and how our actions, even unintentionally, affect others.
