Thanks for that. I've never got to those stats that way. I will say one explanation for Top Readers, Top Reviewers, etc being high is that some members add reads before they joined all at once. I know a niece of mine only updates her ratings a few times a year.
But site functionality is nothing to do with volunteer librarians.

tells you that & gives the contact link for Support (Staff) If you wanted, you could also mention that Top Librarians hasn't worked since May 2023 But don't worry if you don't want to! :)

GR must be a mere drop in the Amazon budget, but no. Billionaires don't spend money if they don't have to. Especially for volunteers who do the work that paid staff ought to do.
If you go to the Community drop-down and get to then go to (I didn't check the other categories) the numbers are not only ridiculous eg readers reading hundreds of books a week, but the numbers in 'all time' on the right side don't match the numbers on the left under the reader's name.
