Sue1958--We all have our struggles in life. I hope and pray that you and your family will get to a place where life is more managable. I have a child with special needs and see the way our neighbors treat him because of his differences and it's rude and unfair. Sending positive vibes your way!!!

Thank you so much, Lorrea XO

{Sue} YOur plate is full and I'm sorry for all the challenges you're facing. You're overdue for some stress-free time!

I had an operation on Friday but I'm doing OK. Haven't been on here much of late but I do check in from time to time.

Perri and DA, thank you both so much for your nice comments. And DA, I'm sorry you had to undergo and operation. I wish you the speediest recovery possible.

DB, you are so nice! I love these flowers!!

Diane Alice, prayers for a quick recovery.

Kind of ticks me off because I made a package of JELL-O brand sugar free/fat free chocolate fudge pudding on Monday morning and I haven't had a chance to eat any of it yet. Been advised to not consume dairy until at least Saturday by which time my pudding will be drying up and cracking. Yuck.
All the vomiting I did hurt my back...probably from pulled muscles. Hurts most when I cough or laugh. It'll start easing up in a few days, I hope.

Amber I hope you're on the way to feeling better and Cosmos glad to hear you're on the mend.

The back issues I was having yesterday seem to have resolved themselves since I posted about them yesterday. Thank God.

The doctor said there were no significant changes in my spine and hips. There are two lymph nodes in my chest that have doubled in size, indicating the cancer is on the move. There was also a 3cm spot found in the upper lobe of my right lung.
I started chemo again today. I will be in chemo on and off for the rest of my life. At this time I will be doing one treatment a week for two weeks, then take two weeks off. I will do this for two or three months, or until I can't take it. I will then get a couple of months break and start it all over again.
I've been feeling rough lately so I've not been posting much. As I get farther into the treatments I may not post at all. I will be on here to see what everyone is up to and of course get new books for my to read mountain, lol. I will try to keep you all updated as I can.
My youngest daughter is really having a tough time with this since it has been found in my lung. She was only nine when her dad died from lung cancer. It doesn't help that Friday was the 7th anniversary of his death and today the 7th anniversary of his funeral. My older kids are thinking of all this too, but they will not allow themselves to be upset in front of me. Please keep me and my kids in your thoughts and prayers.
