Thank you for my PM Brenda, and as I mentioned to you my thoughts are with you, and you know there are some great old friends here, sadly yes older in years, but happily older in years here in the group and as friends.

These friends are always here if you need to talk, and I wish we could all be close sometimes for a shoulder to cry on and a hug!

Sue (coccotoro) | 2087 comments Today, Mar 3, 2022 in a few hours we will be saying goodbye to our loved 13-year-old Black Lab, (who we refer to as "Baby Toro"). Toro suffered from Stage 3 Kidney disease and hip dysplasia. He recently lost his ability to stand or walk very far and stopped eating. We lost his brother a red/yellow Lab, Cocco,3 years ago, and Toro missed him a lot. Without having any children, these two were our children and we loved them both very much. Our life will never be the same, but I can only hope that the tears will fade and be replaced by happy memories..

Sandysbookaday (taking a midwinter break) (sandyj21) | 5101 comments So sorry to hear about Toro, Sue. We had to have our 16 year old blue heeler, Beau, put down 2 years ago due to organ failure. He was a rescue dog we were lucky enough to have in our lives for 15 years. I still miss him every day, but feel blessed to have had him. You will always miss Toro, but you will also always carry the joy of him in your heart. ❤

Here I guess the sad thing about the world today is....

PUTIN !!

What is happening in Ukraine over the last weak is so sad, heart breaking and annoying.

What an evil man, heart breaking last night watching a mum and dad losing a 18 month old baby killed by bombs.

Nato, UK USA all confined to not giving military backup as it would start a WW111 !

Sue (coccotoro) | 2087 comments I just found out Linda Strong passed away on April 28 of this year. I knew her on Goodreads and NetGalley, and she was a good friend and will be sadly missed. I just found out when I went to her site.
