So it’s crazy hot where I am, like I can literally feel climate change happening. What is your best “hot” reading memory? Take hot to mean whatever you want it to.

I'm reading from a wintery Melbourne, but I love an excuse to read by the beach or pool. Perhaps my hot reading memory is reading Christos Tsiolkas' 'Barracuda' in Malaysia.
Probably reading The Deep End of the Ocean on the beach on a hot summer day while there was a shark warning in the water!!
reading on the flight deck of the ship i was deployed to in 2020 - height of covid, so we weren't allowed off the ship, but we were basically stuck in port Italy (and then Greece) - so there was a lot of hanging out on the flight deck reading
