We are on the approach to the 24th hour!
What do you want to complete before wrap up your readathon? Do you want to read the next section of chapters or the last few short stories? Maybe you have been saving your best book for last?

Then I will read the book I have been looking most forward to reading: George's Marvelous Medicine by Roald Dahl.

I made a dent into A Marvellous Light and will try to finish it tomorrow. For the last few hours I would like to spend an hour each with my other planned books that I haven‘t touched yet.

Poison Ivy (2022-) Vol. 1 The Virtuous Cycle by G. Willow Wilson New Adventures in Space Opera by Jonathan Strahan Ship of Destiny (Liveship Traders, #3) by Robin Hobb

Jana Eichhorn | 299 comments I'd love to finish one of the three that I'm currently reading before the end. That's my goal. (Unsure which one yet, I seem to be rotating through them instead of settling in on one.)

I just looked at your personal thread Cathy and saw this book A Marvellous Light. I thought immediately of a gentlemen's version of an Austen novel. Might be good. I might have to borrow another idea from you. . . .I am enjoying the Small Spaces book

Cynda, you may also like A Most Agreeable Murder if Austen-like is a selling point for you :) (It VERY much is for me!)

I liked it! I never properly watched the series, but I am doing it now after having seen the new movie. I love Maggie Smith!
