One of my favorite books in the brawl! Welcome, Gage!
Oh my goodness, I don't know how I dropped the ball on the conversation here. Sorry for that. Well, actually I do know. Haha. We had some significant damage to our house and have to move in a hurry, so life has been a ball of chaos. But it's all calming down a little now-ish. Anyway, thanks so much for having me, and I am here to chat. I love Horror Aficionados so much, so it's really cool to be a part of this.

I started the book tonight and read the first third. It is riveting. Incredibly original and creepy for days. I am preoccupied trying to diagnose Carrie's pathology. This is a very effective chiller. Loving it.
That makes me so happy to hear. She’s gonna be a hard one to diagnose. Haha. More than anything when I was writing it, I wanted her to be an interesting character. Not likable. Not unlikable. But interesting.
Continue to enjoy this "en-Gaging" thriller! Claustrophobic, ratchets up the tension effectively until the reader feels like they are immersed in the narrative.
