No proceedings are listed either on the allowed, nor on the not-allowed lists of items that can be added as books. I do not think that we should crowd the site with proceedings, there are simply too many, but I thought I should ask. There is a request for adding for such proceedings, that looks printed and bound in-house by the organizers...

Same question about phD theses. I do not think that we should add all of them, but some were published with a publisher. Do they qualify?
