Which book would you like to read with the group during October? This time it is the turn of a more contemporary English mystery, so please choose a book written after about 1960.

Please place your nomination here, and the poll will be set up after about a week. Thanks!

Another great idea, thanks Mihaela! These are both "first" in a series, which is great. Sometimes friends who enjoy the read go on to read all the others too 😊

Any more?

Mike | 37 comments I don't know either of these writers, but judging by the blurbs alone, both look like they could be interesting reads.

Yes, we can sometimes discover some little gems others have read, or want to read, via the polls. Would you like to nominate another one, or second one of these, Mike?
