Consider choosing based on your daily routine. Things We Never Got Over is the first installment of a series, so if you enjoy it, you'll likely want to read the entire trilogy. If you don't have a lot of time, you might opt for Love, Theoretically, which is also great. I usually make my decision using this logic. If this can help your choice, I'd describe Things we never got over as slightly more spicy than the other. Both are must reads for me, I really enjoyed them!
