Addicted to YA discussion

Hi! So I am new here and figured this would be worth a try. Ive been trying to find a book for a long time and only remember certain plot points of the book and was hoping someone could help.

This girl gets kidnapped at a political campaign and there are bombs going off and everything is like chaos. She wakes up in a cell with another person who is male, they dont like each other but tolerate it. They decide to escape and use the method of when they get food, the guard or whoever brings them food and they somehow escape using that method. They are running away from enforcers or something cause they guy got her to join him for something.....dont remember anything else except an abandoned bunker where they find clean clothes and shower and almost kiss but get interupted by enforcers or something.

Any help would be great! This isnt the Legend Series!

It sounds like Shatter City it is the second book in the Imposters series by Scott Westfeld, but I could be wrong
