I suspect, they are not combined, because these books have different number of editions...

I guess combined books should have equal number of editions or am I wrong?

there are two books with similar title. Tell us which one is ok in order to clean up.

Well, yes, the titles are similar, but the formats are different: the 1st one is Kindle, the 2nd one is Hardcover. So both editions are valid and should be kept.

If we're talking about the correct title writing of these 2 books taking into account even capital letters, I would say Book 2 has the best writing, the title should look like this: Сила настоящего. Руководство к духовному пробуждению

However, ss far as I can see, the problem is deeper... We have 2 huge entities of the same book in the Goodreads database:

433,873 ratings, 18,588 reviews and 328 editions

Book 2: Сила настоящего. Руководство к духовному пробуждению
49,944 ratings, 1,255 reviews and 132 editions

I don't see any reason to keep them both, so I believe, they should be combined carefully somehow if it's possible.
