⠀ ⠀ weight: 51kg⠀ ⠀ juliette is a girl who doesn’t like saying that she’s pretty but in reality, she’s one of the most beautiful people most people would know. she has big onyx eyes and long wavy black hair, but ever since moving to ireland, she cut most of her beautiful hair off. she is quite tall and very slim, so that makes her look taller than she really is. juliette likes dressing casually and in dresses, but ever since she started training for the call, she hasn’t worn a dress, and is upset at this.

⠀ ⠀ (view spoiler)⠀ ⠀ juliette is an estj, but sometimes she likes to think of herself as an istj because ever since celia’s death, she has been something of a ghost. juliette used to be lively and bubbly, but she had to grow up too fast, and now she shuts herself out. she thinks many times before doing things and she is highly organised. her amazing memory helps her to get tasks done quickly and efficiently, and juliette holds grudges and doesn’t forget any injustices towards her or her family.

⠀ ⠀ (view spoiler)⠀ ⠀ juliette grew up in russia and china, often travelling between the two to live with various family members. celia had always loved russia more, but juliette preferred china. until their parents decided to move to ireland, to test out life in a small european country.
⠀ ⠀ juliette’s elder sister which she loved dearly - rosalind - turned ten a week after they arrived.
⠀ ⠀ and when she did, she was gone.
⠀ ⠀ juliette and celia didn’t understand why rosalind had just disappeared, and their parents lied to them about rosalind being kidnapped. until the rostovs received word that rosalind had died during the call. juliette and celia were the first ones to know that their beloved sister had died, and they asked their parents, who finally told them the truth about the call and why they didn’t tell them about it before - they didn’t want the twins to be scared. and shortly after rosalind’s funeral, juliette and celia turned ten, and walked into the school where rosalind had met her end.
⠀ ⠀ they survived the first two of years without being called, but in their third year, celia was suddenly called in her sleep, and when juliette woke up, her sister was dead. this hit juliette deeply. she didn’t understand why she had to lose both her sisters to this terrifying call. her parents had both barely survived the call. her mother was seconds away from death. rosalind had died. celia had died. this made juliette even more determined to survive the call. to survive for rosalind, to survive for celia, to survive for herself. she would be ready when she was called. her sisters’s deaths left juliette feeling empty, but full of revenge. and even though she wouldn’t be allowed it in the call, juliette would always wear a diamond necklace around her neck to make her feel safe. even at night. and of course, this diamond necklace wasn’t a diamond necklace. it was garrote wire disguised as a necklace.⠀ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ weight: 50kg⠀ ⠀ scarlett has curly, dark brown hair which she prefers to keep unbraided. everyone, especially cassie, tells scar to cut her hair, but she refuses to cut it to anywhere above her shoulders. and because she likes tying it up, most days she gets away without cutting her hair, instead stuffing it all into a bun. which works. scar isn’t the tallest person in the world, but she isn’t vertically challenged either, which she’s proud of. average height for the time being is what she likes to call herself. scar loves wearing bows in her hair, sweaters and short skirts. she likes the colours yellow, beige, white and light blue, and loves dressing aesthetically.

⠀ ⠀ (view spoiler)⠀ ⠀ scarlett is a quiet and gentle soul. she is lovely and fun to be around, but scar has an artist’s soul, and would much prefer to spend her time reading and drawing instead of training for the call as her sister cassandra [@bella] keeps telling her to do. being an isfp, scar is an idealist, and a huge daydreamer, but also very sensitive. she is rarely living in the real world; most days her thoughts drift away and take her with them. sometimes, during one of cassie’s many lessons, scar will daydream herself somewhere else. this, of course, annoys cassie, but scar doesn’t care. she loves pondering philosophical questions, and would love to be a writer when she finally completes her call.

⠀ ⠀ (view spoiler)⠀ ⠀ scar grew up with her parents in a small town in switzerland. switzerland, being a relatively quiet country, was the perfect place for a bookworm and artist like scarlett. she loved to sit by the mountains with a mug of hot chocolate and sketch whatever came to mind, and her parents let her do just that. they were loving and cared for her a lot. scar’s love for peace and quiet developed during her years in switzerland, occasionally helping on her father’s farm up in the mountains, occasionally collecting hay and feathers for her little cottage bed, but mostly reading and drawing by herself, breathing in the mountain fresh air. this utopia lasted until scarlett was approaching her seventh birthday.
⠀ ⠀ it all started with her mother’s death. after she died, scarlett and her father lived by themselves in switzerland, but it didn’t feel right without her mother. until one day her father plonked her on a train for ireland. she was nearly ten, but still didn’t understand anything. all her father said before leaving her was ‘go find your sister. she’ll tell you everything. and when you’re finished, please, come back to me. i’ll miss you so much. i love you.’ a confused scar then arrived in ireland, only to have the reality of the call poured on top of her like a bucket of ice cold water. her english wasn’t even very good. she was fluent in french, and understood a bit of german and italian too. she was not fluent in english. she still isn’t now, in her seventh year, but her sister cassie and others often help her. but scarlett hated it all. all she wanted to do was to go back to the farm in the mountains and keep drawing and reading. cassie often offered to help scar, and much as she appreciated the idea, she hated it. she hated running. she hated fighting.
⠀ ⠀ now, in her seventh year, she wasn’t sure whether she would be called at all or not. and she wasn’t sure whether to be blessed or not. the longer she stayed the more likely she’d survive, but the longer she stayed the longer she was away from her home. she knew cassie called the survival college her home, and scar had originally thought it was also her home, but after seven years, she realised that she still hated this place as much as when she first arrived as a first year, clueless and naive to all that went on. her home was still the farm on the mountains. but she hadn’t heard anything from her father or from switzerland, and she was worried sick. she wanted to go home.⠀ ⠀
