A House with Good Bones by T Kingfisher!!!!!! It's perfect, absolutely brilliant folk horror. The Twisted Ones by T Kingfisher also qualifies actually, so I'm suggesting both.

Oh yeah, there's a DLC for Alan Wake 2 coming out soon! Thank you for the reminder! I'm very excited about it. :)
