Achilles was named after the Greek Hero, his mum knew that his father cheated on her with Hecate. Hecate cursed him and bestowed her power to the child. The dad left and he just kept walking that was his curse, Achilles has no curse, but he has the symbol of Hecate on the nape of his neck.
