"Exactly." She made her way to the shade at the corner of the Arena.

He followed her once more.

She attempted to make small talk. "So...do you have like hobbies and stuff?"

"No, not really, do you?" Ghost started to follow them, silent as ever

"Some. Computer-y stuff. Reading. Sleeping." She shrugged.

Yeah, probably))

"Ah, yes. Sleeping is a great hobby." He smiled, "If you're a bear"

(we've been in here for too long smh. any ideas where to?)

"Except a bear?"

He cocked his head, not understanding

She laughed to herself,"Nevermind. I don't even know what I'm saying anymore."

"Isn't that normal?" he joked

"Shush. We don't talk about that." She flopped down in the shade, arranging all her materials.

"Yes mother," he said sarcastically, "You're so bossy."

"Thank you?"

She picked her materials up again, carefully and said,"It's too quiet here."

"Indecisive." he said, tsking

"Picky, actually." She thought for a moment and then walked towards the exit. "Follow me. Don't drop any of the paper or you're so dead."

"You can't kill what you can't see." he scowled, listening

"I think I stabbed you just a few minutes ago." She smiled.

"No, you stabbed a shadow, not me." he protested

"Mhm. sureee. To the pavillion!" Once more she was disappointed by the amount of un-epic-ness.

He rolled his eyes

"Damn, tone down the enthusiasm a bit," she said, sarcastically.

"Will do," he said sarcastically, trying not to laugh

Calista entered the training arena and immediately headed over to the collection of swords. She chose the same one every time, and today wasn’t an exception.

Her victim was only a dummy so she didn’t bother putting on armor, lunged forward, and slashed. And slashed. Sometimes she jabbed forward.

When she was done the dummy had pieces of fabric ripped down.

“Oof.”

Hopefully Chiron didn’t mind.


And then she left to go take a shower.
