Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi, I've just become a librarian and I'm not sure if it is a valid book. The Manual says that diaries with no extra content aren't valid. This one seems to have mostly blank pages but also has someone quotes from the original series. Is this enough to make it valid book? I've wanted to check before adding Polish edition to the database.
