Getting some winter vaccinations tomorrow so I hope to take it easy and read most of the day away!

I'll hop in on this one, probably this weekend. I didn't love the first one.

I really liked the first one. I’m 1/2way into this one and I’m kinda bored.

but I wonder what really happened to Ryan. It sounds like he could have run. but we're not 100% sure what his secret was, right? or the others.

and Leo and Ffion - I'm really sad they aren't talking more. For her thinking she could strike up a new angle to deny missing the message, she's failing horrible at being even civil to him let alone nice.

and his girlfriend - she's really off putting. I wonder how much longer he'll string her along. he should be up front with her

I love her dog! lol What a nuisance!

and wow - the Jason thing was shocking!! I feel bad for his wife

interesting - is the author trying to make a statement about reality tv because that last part with Ryan's wife felt pretty. . .big

I'm glad Leo made a crack at Ffion. hopefully they will get better

and yay! I hope she finds ways to train her dog

(view spoiler)[ okay, wow, it feels like it might have been the security guard right? he'd had a key and a sketchy alibi

I feel so bad for Ryan - what a horrible situation he was in. I hope they help him. I love that George told him his wife knew and she loved him so much!

and I hate that the comments Jason's wife Kat heard were actually about her and not the girl on the show. Ugh. I hope they make up. the situation wasn't how Miles presented it at all.

I wonder what Ceri's secret is. It doesn't seem like the one she presented at all. . . (hide spoiler)]

Through Part 2

(view spoiler)[ Ugh, Ffion, Ffion, Ffion. . .she needs to stop pretending she works alone. They weren't wrong to take her off the case - Leo was fair and she just kept doing things alone and not communicating. She is terrible at that.

but now we know Henry did it and that he's following her. No way that's going to end well. hopefully Leo gets wind of this.

I still love Dave, although she needs a better system. He does seem destructive and terrible without training. . . (hide spoiler)]

I really hope she gets Dave trained! I think he could be a great dog!

I ended up also borrowing the audiobook so I can get through it faster but I also have an audio queue to get through before getting to this one. lol

ooh this one will be great on audio! It was a bit slow for me in the middle but I bet audio would have made it easier to get through!

i also did it on audio and i think it helped but only to a point. largely agree with Trisha’s comments. i was too fever addled to remember to jot down updates.

I've finally caught up on my audiobooks and A Game of Lies is next after the one I'm listening to right now. I just finished my current e-book so I'm starting with the e-book and will switch to audio if/when needed.

I finished the other day. Mostly using the audiobook. I liked it more than the first one. It was faster paced.
