@rory I was wondering if you had a certain type of relationship in mind for your matriarch and her brother. Also, anything about their family history. Btw does Lucien work for his first name? And I haven't really done any work on his template yet, but you can see my notes in my first post on my thread.

I like Lucien! As for relationship, I really wanted a very close bond where they can talk about anything with one another and, for once, have an uncomplicated kind of relationships. So many siblings in roleplay have issues so this one I wanted to be just peaceful and genuine. <3 As for family history, if you have ideas, let me know, as I haven't come up with anything quite yet.
Alright, sounds great! So, I was wondering about whether their parents are still alive (prob not..?), and obviously, they've always been nobility, but I was wondering if there was ever a point where they were like low on money or something, and if that could have been part of the reason for joining with the other house.
Btw, if he's like 28, what's the age difference?

I'd say some tragic death because who doesn't have tragic parent deaths. And this world does not rely on money, but a trading system. But we can make that work that their parents' will stated their possessions went to their aunt who began giving it all away and trading it for, like, Asterath potions that are similar to er, weed in our world? LMAO Random idea but it could work?

I already had an idea running! She's not afraid to use her beauty and charm to flirt or get her way, and neither is Bodhi. Maybe they have a very solid dynamic, like not friendship or romance, but a general understanding of one another? They've both killed and are similar in that they're not very good people. So, it feels like either they despise each other and get angry when they get anywhere near each other or there's a lot of mutual flirting laced with some understanding or . . . something? I had an idea running and now I'm wondering how that'll go, actually. He absolutely will tease and flirt with everyone for a laugh and to make people uncomfortable, but I'm not sure how Alianna would react to that?

i know isabella's infiltrator is a "bartender" in asterath so they won't be around much but they're still informants and help the rest of the squad find victims to suck magic from

Alianna would actually flirt back sometimes. Obviously she has her own goals as well as "kind of" that of the crew's, but she does like her flirting lol. Still, she'd only usually do it if it means getting information from people.
And she does know more about Voxthain having grown up there, so maybe she does share information about it and the fact she was born here, but that's about it, doesn't give other details for her on safety and that of her hidden agenda
She is kinda a bitch to everyone though, and hates the cats on the crew but likes the dog, probably

I find flirting to be hilarious in roleplay when the characters aren't actually in a relationship or really trying to. The aroace in me going [🤨😑😯😂]
And she'd absolutely need info from Bodhi. He's the assassin and kills the people they suck the magic from and he could easily be a total asshole and go "Hmm? You want me to tell you where the body is? Hmm... maybe not." kind of thing XDDDD

It's just the character is in my head, but she doesn't match the whole runalithe vibe. *rubs temple* Maybe I should make her something else, and make a different character for the Navigator? Idk.

so the idea i had in mind is someone who just doesn't like people and throws herself into her work, like completely fixated with her research and work, it is Her Entire Life. she probably has people trauma and gets really uncomfortable and awkward around others, if touch her or scare her she will punch you out of pure instinct.
she probably realizes that you know they're not particularly nice, but also like for her the innovations and technology for her it's less of omg we're gonna kill people and more of omg what is this wondrous device it's groundbreaking kksskskskslklalkksslkl;aklsjksj

but yes that's a perfect character for the role. without your character they wouldn't be able to work the technology or keep it in shape to contain magic, so that means nobody can say shit to your character for any reason because she is Vital

I will say, allie hates working everyone, she hates working with people because she's vain and has her own goals. so she is using everyone here, just a heads up, and cares about none of them lol

probably. though if your character did turn alianna's hot water off, alianna has no qualms about using her secret magic to heat it up again. she also would absolutely have no issue trying to kill your character as long as she has what she wants lol

Alright, so I've got this idea (although I haven't even claimed the character yet) to make this character who's a member of the one of the gangs, but is actually originally from a voxthain noble family. The plan was that he ran away because of ab*sive parents, but, anyway, I'm not sure how to work that into the whole thing we've got going with the nobility. (Does someone have to rp with... well, someone from his family?) Anyway, I'd be open to his having relatives, if anyone wants to do that.
