A fun wholesome middle grade adventure where 3 protagonists found themselves in trouble, made questionable choices, faced consequences and took their lessons. It was a very interesting world actually which seems to be somewhere in USA. What's most interesting is the author's note in the end which told of his inspiration; a true historical person/event on which one of these young protagonists was based upon.
I did feel the audiobook was a bit long at 12 hours but with 3 protagonists, that's actually a fair length. At least the ending was very satisfactory.
