Patricia G | 1 comments Im trying to find some books that I can read and then recite before bed when we’re winding down. I’ve realized the vast majority of our books involve a lot of emotions or imaginative play (Grandma Wishes, Together, etc). I’m looking for books that are more event based (Corduroy, Blueberry Cake, Where is my Mama?). For example, my daughter is familiar with Corduroy. Before bed, we can lay together and I can tell the story of corduroy without the book. She can close her eyes and fall asleep while I recall the events.

Hoping I’m explaining well enough. Any suggestions would be wonderful! She’s almost 2.
