You can try to find free beta-readers in the group beta-readers. If you’re lucky you will find 2-3 beta-readers who will provide you with substantial feedback.
Or else, there is an option of paying a beta-reader, in which you will receive detailed feedback for your plot and characters, you can find the said beta-readers in the beta-reader group I have mentioned before. You can see a lot of testimonials backing their feedback.
I also provide beta-reading service though it is paid (as I am a literary editor and I do think my expertise is worth it).

Hi Andrew! As Sarah said you can try your luck on the "Beta Readers Group". Hopefully you're able to get free readers who'll give you invaluable feedback.
However, if you do decide to go through the paid beta route i'd love to be considered. You can find my website on my profile. Good luck!
I am working on my debut and have had a handful of friends read the book, but the feedback I got from them was sub-optimal at best. They're all avid readers and not just randomly chosen, but I still didn't get the constructive feedback I needed to really make some good edits.
How do we find people who really love doing this sort of thing and who are really good at providing the tough feedback needed to make our books better?
Thanks!
