Have you read Ella Enchanted? I guess some people could say that there's a little spice but it's like barely in one scene. It's one of my favorite books.

Dance of Thieves. I have just completed the book and It is amazing✨
With close proximity, enemies to lover trope. I think it would fit your bill.

Pride and Prejudice and Pittsburgh by Rachel Lippincott. The story is so cute there’s no spice it had me squealing and kicking my feet the book was so adorable.

Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo. You could just read the summary of what happens in Shadow and Bones series beforehand.

Divergent series by Veronica Roth is really good!
Also the inside out YA series by Marie Snyder
