Have you read Ella Enchanted? I guess some people could say that there's a little spice but it's like barely in one scene. It's one of my favorite books.

With close proximity, enemies to lover trope. I think it would fit your bill.

With close proximity, enemies to lover trope. I think it would fit your bill." One of the best YA series I have ever read! The duology following the trilogy is great too!

Bitten series by Kelly Armstrong
Sea of Shadows trilogy by Kelly Armstrong
Fantasy:
Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo. You could just read the summary of what happens in Shadow and Bones series beforehand.
Grave Mercy trilogy by Robin LaFevers then Courting Darkness duology
Heartless by Marissa Meyers
The Remnant Chronicles by Mary E. Pearson
Crime:
A Good Girl's Guide to Murder
