Thanks for the review Brenda, just bought the first 3 books in this series for my great-niece (also called Jasmine and also an animal lover living of a small farm), and also an avid reader!

Carolyn | 2081 comments The Note by Alafair Burke The Note by Alafair Burke is the tale of three women on a girls weekend away who get into trouble over a silly prank note. It didn't quite work for me even though I usually enjoy this author, but many other readers have rated it highly.

Carolyn | 2081 comments Burn After Reading by Catherine Ryan Howard Burn After Reading by Catherine Ryan Howard has an intriguing premise, but was quite drawn out and isn't one of my favourite novels by this author. I hope others enjoy it more.

Kerri_M | 785 comments My obsessive streak has kicked in, and I have started re-reading the Three Pines series from the beginning. I may not get any challenge reads done until I am finished.

This time, as well as enjoying the stories and the people at 3 Pines, I am also trying to concentrate on all the machinations around the Arnott case, and the people moving against Gamache. The intrigue!

So far
Still Life (Chief Inspector Armand Gamache, #1) by Louise Penny A Fatal Grace (Chief Inspector Armand Gamache, #2) by Louise Penny

They hold up for a re-read
