PattyMacDotComma | 813 comments Aussie author Michael Trant's Gabe Ahern character is just the right tracker to navigate difficult bush terrain to find gold thieves and murderers. Blood and Gold is the third in this excellent outback series. Fun to read and great narration if you're a listener.

PattyMacDotComma | 813 comments I was just introduced to D.S. George Cross, a clever English police officer with autism, who notices the details others miss. The Dentist, by Tim Sullivan, is the first of a series that is getting a lot of attention, including mine. 😊

Carolyn | 2081 comments I don't generally read horror and don't think I'm in the right demographic for this book, so please take my review with a pinch of salt (and read some others!) if you do like nightmarish scenarios.
