Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9976 comments Karin Slaughter has yet to disappoint me: the first book in her new North Falls series, We Are All Guilty Here is unbelievably good crime fiction. 5★s

Carolyn | 9841 comments For those who don't mind a slower paced Golden Age type mystery A Pretender's Murder (Eric Peterkin, #2) by Christopher Huang A Pretender's Murder by Christopher Huang is a set in a returned soldiers club in a London just starting to recover and change post WWI.

Carolyn | 9841 comments Air by John Boyne Air by John Boyne is the fourth and final element in his The Elements series. An excellent finale, revisiting some of the people affected by trauma in the previous novellas and showing the power of reconciliation and forgiveness in relationships.
