could you please add the pages of acknowledgements and the prologue? Those have Latin numbers, up to xxi. There are 245 numbered pages with Arabic numbers, not 240. In total 266 numbered pages.

Done - WorldCat agrees with 245 pages.

We don’t count the pages used for advertisements, preview chapters for other books or introductory material paged using roman numerals.
