I’m a huge Lynn painter fan, and one of my all time favourite books is betting on you! There’s not a single ya book of hers related below four stars! (Except for nothing like the movies… we don’t talk about that. It’s still a three star though!) im looking for books that give the same feel and are YA. I can handle YA level smut, with some description, but no detail and nothing kinky 😣preferably no smut if possible! Love ya <3

I would say try Sarah Adams. I'd suggest The Cheat Sheet, When in Rome, Practice makes perfect. Her books are usually smut free( as much as I remember)

I would recommend any book by Ann Liang (i've only read i hope this doesn't find you and it was really good, but i've heard her others books are good as well), the summer of broken and rules and what happens after midnight, a thousand boy kisses (be prepared to sob), today tonight tomorrow, all the bright places (also have tissues ready). and every last word which focuses more on mental health but has a romance aspect. All of this have very little to no smut, hope this helps! 🩷

Once Upon A Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber. It is more of a Romantasy but it is really good. I would suggest reading the Carval series by her first and then OUABH however you don’t have to and the carval series isn’t as good as OUABH.
