This is totally in my wheelhouse. I’m absolutely obsessed with historical maps. I also love a good yarn about a heist or con, especially when antiquities, art, or gems are involved. It seems like most reviewers agreed with your less than fully enthusiastic opinion of this book, but I’m hoping my interest in the subject matter prevails.
