What’s everyone’s opinions on fourth wing, I’m wanting to start reading it but wanting to know everyone’s thoughts and how they felt towards the characters as a slow reader I’m wondering how long it would take to get through it and if I’ll like it?

Hi! I personally love fourth wing its one of my absolute fav fantasies. Most people who don't like it mostly complain about the standard chosen one troupe and the writing, if you don't like that maybe not for you! however i really like her as a character and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her. In regards to being a slow reader i still think its worth the read! I did a buddy read with my bestie and i finished a week before her ( I read insanely fast) and she's still loving it. Id say give it a shot! once you get into it its hard to put down :) i also enjoyed the simple writing but some people dont!

I loved fourth wing but there was a lot of plot and general detail I missed because I found it uncomfortable reading the not pg13 bits lols

I am rereading it (now Iron Flame) and have the same conclusion for the second time. It's ridiculous and entertaining at the same time. I am gonna give it 5 stars again because it so adictive. There are so many plain characters, world building etc but dragons, Xaden and Violet have something what keep me reading. And of course: cliffhangers
so that book for me is like the romence in there: something enemies to lovers. I know i should hate this but somehow i love it

so I DNFed iron flame at pg 295 is it worth to pick back up again

hi! fourth wing is actually one of my favorite books and i definitely recommend it. even if you don’t end up liking it, i think it’s one of those books that’s good to read just because so many people have read it and are talking about it <33

personally I love the series. onyx storm is my favorite so far. if you’re having a hard time getting into it I suggest dual reading with the audiobook. a lot of people like the graphic audio too
