Hello Space Opera Fans!

I'm excited to offer 10 review copies of my debut military science fiction novel "The Lightning War: Rising Storm." As a lifelong fan of David Weber's Honor Harrington series, I wanted to create a story that captures that same spirit of naval tradition and tactical warfare in space, while adding my own unique twist with Polish-influenced worldbuilding and characters.

About the Book:

In a future where humanity has spread to the Hyades Cluster through a stable wormhole, the colony of Polonia Prime guards a powerful secret - alien technology that gives them an edge in the growing tensions between interstellar powers. Captain Maria Roszak commands the advanced destroyer Błyskawica, standing as one of Polonia Prime's first lines of defense against the aggressive Zenith Caliphate.
When a routine patrol uncovers evidence of technology theft and espionage, Maria finds herself caught between military duty and political intrigue. As the Caliphate deploys increasingly bold tactics to acquire Polonia Prime's technological advantages, she must navigate not only space battles but also the complex web of alliances and rivalries that could determine humanity's future among the stars.

What to Expect:

Detailed space combat with realistic physics and tactics
Political intrigue and diplomatic maneuvering
Strong character development and relationships
Polish cultural influences and naming conventions
Military traditions and protocols in a space navy setting
No handwaving technology - consistent rules and limitations

If you enjoy military science fiction with:

Strong female protagonists
Tactical space warfare
Political machinations
Cultural worldbuilding
Character-driven narratives

Then I'd love to hear your thoughts on "Rising Storm." Please comment below if you're interested in a review copy, and I'll contact you with the details.

Thank you for considering my work!
