Why wasn't this man in the movies?!!?!?!?! They are already pretty good, but they would have been 1000x better if Peeves was there

When fred and george are leaving hogwarts on the brooms they accio-ed from umbridge’s office and they went “give hell to her from us peeves” or smth and peeves saluted to them.

No, I’m also confused why Peeves wasn’t in the movies. They did film a scene with him in the Sorcerer’s Stone, or at least concept art of a scene, but it didn’t make the Final Cut. Hopefully he’s in the new show 🤞
