He nods fervently. "I'm just-- agh, I'm stupid, not good at explaining things. I usually just use my hands," he adds, waving his free hand around in the air to emphasise his point.

"I do that too sometimes," she laughed, playing with his hand.

"Good to know we have so much in common," he says, his smile that much bigger and more genuine as he seems to relax.

"Yeah," she blushed again, still playing with his hand.

Jay tilts his head at her. "You okay?"

"Yeah, just spacing out," she said, looking up at him.

(lol ik you said u were multitasking but I'm getting impatient/j)

"Heh.... I zone out a lot too..." he responds, then gives a little yawn.

She took a sip of her coffee again and looked back down at his hand, still playing with it.

Suddenly, he gets an idea. "Hey-- do you dance?" he says, looking up at Viv and tilting his head slightly.

"W-what? Sure," she said, surprised, smiling slightly but also trying to hide her blush.

"SO," he continues, grinning and looking quite excited. "I don't really know if you go to places like that, but-- there's this bar down the street with GREAT music."

"Okay," she chuckled, grabbing her coffee and the book before getting up and holding her hand out. "Where?"

Jay grabs her hand and gently tugs her out the door. "Follow me!"
It's not long before he leads her into a well-aged bar with quite a few people, though not enough to be too overwhelming.

"Okay," she laughs. She finds herself into a bar, with him. "So...what now?"

"Wellll, do you drink? They've got some GREAT non-alcoholic stuff here if you're not into the fancy stuff," he adds, and his hips start swaying a little to the beat of the music. Right now the song 'Counting Stars' seems to be playing.

"I'm not thirsty plus I still have my coffee here," she said, chuckling as she waved her coffee in the air, starting to dance too.

He shrugs and does a little spin. "Fair enough. Although you have to dance a little-- yeah, like that," he grins, and starts into his own little makeshift dance session.

She laughed, "Yess, you're doing good yourself," she smiled.

All of a sudden, he grabs Viv's hand and spins around a few times, his skirt flaring around before he slows to a stop, a little dizzy.

"Whoa," she laughs, spinning with him.

He stumbles forward a bit and accidentally bumps into her, unable to stop himself from leaning on her. "Fuck- Sorry- Dizzy-"

"No, no, you're fine," she said, smiling as she caught him.

Jay looked up at her, a nervous laugh escaping him as he tried to stand up straight again, to no avail. His face flushed bright pink, and he glanced away again.

She smiled at him as she made sure he could stand before letting go, unable to contain her little snicker when she saw him blushing.

He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "S-Sooo, um, wh-what now....?"

"I don't know," she said, looking away nervously.

"W-Well! Um!- Good thing I didn't- y'know, a-accidentally kiss you or something," he said quickly, then inwardly cursed himself for that sentence. "C-Cause that would be- uh-"

"Yeah, that would've been awkward," she said, blushing.
