For kindles we can only use the page count on Amazon - which is 258 pages.

I am reading the Kindle edition. The listing here says 258 pages, however, it should be 272 (same as the print edition). In my Kindle edition, p.259 is just the first page of the final chapter, which ends on p.269. Pages 270-272 contains an “About the Contributors” section.
Can someone update this please?
