I forgot how much I loved Brady’s voice!

Listening to it makes it a bit better.

I liked this before, but its better now that I can hear it.

They just open Cameron's pod thing.

I just meant the way he talked--I'm reading it. But I am so enjoying reading this again. I remember that I read the other books in the trilogy right away, but didn't think they were nearly as good.

I'm about a third of the way through it...I'll say more later.

I forget how creepy it is when he tells everyone the faceless are coming.
this one is my favorite of the series

I finished today. It breaks my heart how he ends up dealing with his Dad's death. He's only 19 and doesn't know what to do so he just fights.

It freaks me out when they’re in the shower and Kai Ren starts talking to him. Brady is so rightfully terrified. And I’d forgotten about Wade raping him, and Kai Ren nearly raping him… as the trilogy goes on, I think the handling of sexual assault is really good.

I’m so glad they go home to Lucy.

I read the next 2 right away the first time, but I remember them just not being as good. I don’t think I’ll reread this time. I have one more Joker book, but everyone is so far ahead on the buddy reads. I need to get cracking.

I love that they got to go back to her too. I don't really think I remember the 2nd one, but the 3rd where they have Lucy and are back with Kai Ren. I may re-read later in the year. Never know when we need another Space book.

Yes—if space comes up, I’ll finish this out for sure.
