What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Its a recently published book but based in the 90s. The female lead and her sister lose their mum. So, she moves to a quiet town where her parents had a bed and breakfast they recently opened and falls for the male lead who's her neighbour at the bed and breakfast. She has a dog. Male lead has a son and a daughter and is a Baker and owns the bakery in town. The ex wife left them cos she was bored of the small town vibes. It's very 90s fall coded.
