Does anyone have any book recs for standalones? Sometimes I don't feel like committing to a series and would love just to read a fantasy standalone that's a quick and good read

I read Priory of the Orange Tree a few years ago, but I found it really long and had difficulty getting through it and staying interested. Should I maybe try again? Or would it be better to read another book in the series (if there's one thats shorter or a bit easier to follow)?

it's a standalone but it's quite lenghty if you're looking for that, it's my fav fantasy book :D!
