Vickie's aunt looks at Rein, then at Vick. "So you finally did something useful and got a job."

Rein ignores Vickie and smiles at her aunt, "Nice to meet you, ma'am. It's a pleasure to have your daughter work for my business."
Leanne becomes curious about Rein and whispers to Vickie, "Your boss is hot."
"Well? Introduce me to him," Leanna tells Vick

Rein blinks in shock but then smiles at Leanne, who was glaring at Vick. When Leanne realizes she's got Rein's attention, she blushes. While they weren't looking, Rein mouths to Vick 'Your family is fucking weird'
After some chatting, Rein and Vickie came out of the house with Rein achieving Vick's aunt's approval and Leanne's phone number. "Well, one thing is clear. I will hate every moment with your cousin. She's fucking weird," Rein declares, running a hand through his hair.

"Some random restaurant that she picked out," Rein answers, itching the back of his head. "Out of my 531 years, I never knew someone could be such a brat. Now I'll be even happier to provide her a well-deserved death."
"Why do you always pick your nails? It makes you look like a pick-me and also it's very irritating."
Rein frowns, "Has anyone ever told you that you are very annoying? Because you are."
"Two days, the girl isn't patient."
"Why do you always pick your nails? They cant be that dirty."
Rein laughed, "You should've pulled her hair."
"I don't know. Demons get abandoned at birth. They learn to raise themselves. If they don't make it, good; another weakling gone."
Rein's eyebrows raise up, "You're the first person to respond with 'dang', most just say how sorry they are for me."
"So... me getting abandoned is not high enough for your standards?" Rein grins, "Dang girl, I'm already liking your spirits."
"'Cause it's the truth."
"Yup. Back to work. I actually need your help with something. I need dragon scales for a potion, but I ran out. So, you're going to help me get some from the dragon lair."((Time for some ROMANCE, get your shoes ready
((accept the dragon lair thingie, you make a mistake cuz ur new to dragon scale stealing and we get lost in the dragon lair and we have to help each other.
"I can just shadow teleport us there, tell me, are you scared of the dark?"
"Good," Rein says, taking Vickie's hand, and they are soon engulfed in darkness. Vick slightly gasps, not expecting the strange shadows, but after a minute, they see light, and a big, dark cave looming before them.
"Alright, then it's best we avoid it. Don't want Mama Dragon chasing us. We just need some scales, thank goodness dragons shed."
Rein points at the scales next to Mama Dragon then presses his index finger on his lips to indicate silence. He didn't want to wake up the snoozing dragons.
Rein stayed at the entrance, watching Vickie. Making sure she doesn't make a mistake or disturb the dragons. But as if the fates weren't on their side, Mama Dragon's nose flared, signaling that she was wide awake and could smell the intruders in her lair.
The dragon rose and roared. "Shit indeed," Rein declares as the dragon turned to face Vickie. Rein runs to Vick and shadow teleports her. But then he realized he just shadow teleported them deeper into the lair, at least the dragon wasn't in sight.
"Ah, well you were about to be eaten so I just kind of shadow teleported us hurriedly. Without a goal in mind so now we most likely are deeper into the dragon lair."
"Hey, I saved you from being eaten, be grateful."

"We need to find a way out, I suggest we rest for a minute though."
"Why are you doing that? You look like a child?"
“Hmph, I would comfort you but I don’t know how. I’ve been lonely my whole life I’m really bad at this whole people interacting thing.” Rein sighs and plops onto the floor besides Vick and they remain in silence for some time.
“I was actually waiting for you.”
"I am a mighty demon, I do not need a helping hand," but even as he said it, he took Vick's hand. For some reason, when he took her hand a warm feeling arose in his chest.
Rein huffs, "I'm not. Plus, we have a dragon lair to get out of."
((sorry i might go afk sometimes cuz the maths chanting my name again))"Nope, my shadows left me. They'll come back... eventually."
"Thanks, can always trust your super vision when my shadows leave me."
((im back, im so freaking tired my eyes are teary *crying emoji*
"Whats that? Your favorite hobby?"
Rein frowns, "Not my fault you're annoying."
