The Bear is back. Starts June 27th on Hulu. Fourth season. All major stars are back. It is filmed on a side street in downtown Chicago. It is so addictive. The third season was a little disconcerting, but this show has won 119 awards in it's 3 seasons.
If you have not watched it there is time to catch up. "a cooking show" you say! Yes a cooking show, but so much more.
Have you heard of Smoke? It was written my Dennis Lehane and will be on Apple + as a series. It premieres on June 27th. I do not believe this stems from a book, Lehane wrote it strictly for TV. There will be 9 episodes. IMDb also says that each episode will be 2 hrs long - seems like a long time, but can't find anything to rebuke that. It is classified as a Crime Drama.
This crime drama, based on true events, will drop the first two episodes on June 27, with one following on Fridays to it's ending on August 8th. It is inspired by a podcast called Firebug and tells the story of the life of an arsonist who terrorized California in the late 1980's and early 1990's burning down businesses in the broad daylight.
