Summer will be heading our way in June, so this month please pick a book that you would take to the beach to relax with.
the blurb:

1. Do NOT nominate your own book
2. Please check the group's bookshelf to make sure that we haven't read your nomination in the past two years
3. If your nomination wins the poll, you will be the group discussion leader.

You have a wide-open field for nominations, so have fun!

look to the upper right of this page and you'll see a box with the name of this Forum and items like: Challenges, Polls, Bookshelf, etc

Valerie Book Valkyrie | 659 comments Here's a nomination for The Third Twin The Third Twin by Ken Follett by Ken Follett.
If you enjoy easy-to-read thrillers that combine science, politics and conspiracy theories then this may be the summer read for you 🧚‍♀️🙋🏼!

David Phillips | 10 comments A Place Called Hope by Morgan Greene

A gut-wrenching, utterly compelling small-town crime thriller, laying bare the corrosive nature of greed and the trials and dangers of those living on the fringes of society.

This will not be an easy decision. Sometimes there are polls where I'm not interested in anything, often just one book, but in this one there is more than one good book I'd like to read or read again.

It's actually working now. There was some weird glitchy thing going on yesterday but I tried it again today and it worked.
