hot girls read books discussion

I recently read a sample of a book at work because i was really bored. Now i cant remember the title or author. I'm not sure when the book was released but i would say probably within the last 5 years. Whenever i googled what i could remember of the book it suggested the rule book by Sarah Adams but that is not the book!
What i remember:
In the first chapter it is in the girls pov and she is driving to a chiropractors/massage appointment and listening to the radio when she hears the radio station talking about her ex boyfriend who was recently injured but the radio host was unsure if he was injured bad enough to return to the field (football) or not. The second chapter is in his point of view and he is either at a doctors appointment or a Pt appointment, I cant remember much of what the doctor or Pt instructor told him. I do remember him sitting in the waiting room next to a young boy who is talking to him about his injury. The boy seems nervous so he gives him advice and says that he once was very injured and worked through it so this little boy could also work through his injury. He also took a picture with the boy and gave the boys mom his number to update her when he is back on the field or something similar to that. The next chapter is back in the women's pov and she is getting finished with her appointment when she walks out of the building not paying attention to her surrounding and she runs straight into her ex. I cant remember what they said to each other. After this in another chapter i believe the guy gets into a car and the driver is his brother who asks him if that was the main guys ex girlfriend who broke his heart in or right after college i believe. I also remember one of the main characters mentioning the girl breaking up with the guy because her family didn't approve.
I'm sure i am remembering some of this wrong or out of place and the chapter order might not be right but if this sounds like a book you have read pleaseeee let me know!
