Parable of the Sower is on my TBR

Nice list! I've read: Parable of the Sower and The Sun Is Also a Star. I want to read dune but idk if I can commit to the page count

I've read Blood at the Root and can't wait for the 2nd book to come out. I've heard Parable of the Sower was hard to get through but I still want to check it out.

Parable of the Sower stays in my top 5—Octavia didn’t miss. I’m planning to read the second one, Talents, soon too.

And yes to Blood at the Root! I’ve been waiting on that second drop—Bones at the Crossroads—like it’s a reunion show 😂 Drops July 29, so if anyone’s tryna do a buddy read or scream about it later, I’m down.

Also, if Dune is on your maybe list… go for it when you’re ready. It surprised me in the best way.
