Don’t Let The World Change You! -Don’t let people and things in the world change who you are, in other words don’t allow it to “sap the life out of you.” Your worrying, obsessing, venting etc. has zero impact on them-and only hurts you. We also need to examine our behavior, because the only person you can control is you. We can’t change people. “Maya Angelou’s advice, “The first time someone shows you who they are, believe them.” The bottom line is that you can’t let the behavior of others steal your joy. But if you do, it’s your choice. Focus on being the best and happiest that you can be-that’s where your energy should go.
