Beta readers and author discussion

Hi everyone!

I'm searching for BIPOC beta readers for my debut novel One Fateful Summer 🥰 I'm working with multiple POVs and would love different perspectives on all the characters :)

The book tells the story of 8 college students who return to their hometown for their first summer back. There, they'll have to navigate the harsh reality of facing your past and making peace with it. It also explores how secrets tear relationships apart and how healthy communication is the key to all loving relationships.

As Nina, Renee, and Vic return home to Lakehaven Springs for their first post-college summer, they’re about to learn that you can’t outrun your past –– or your heart.

Best friends don't keep secrets. Except when they do. There's the lie Renee can’t take back. The line Victoria crossed when no one was looking. And the truth Nina is terrified to admit –– even to herself.

The three want nothing more than to enjoy a fun, happy summer together. But, as they navigate the treacherous waters of homecoming, and rekindle relationships with old classmates, the three of them will have to make a critical decision: either face their truths, or risk the friendship that saved them.
