This option is only available on the web browser on your computer or your phone. This does not work within the goodreads app. (Not sure why, it's silly). You can also post a new comment for each update, but editing your original comment is a little easier to manage on both sides.

Sorry everyone.. I did complete 5 books but was away land only had my Kindle. It is hard entering books without tablet or computer.

I find my android phone is just as bad. Even using a web page it sometimes reverts to a page that looks and acts like the app. The apps is horrid and I have never downloaded onto my current phone.
