It appears to me that the North Carolina author of Christian books has been conflated with the West Coast author (or editor) of books about Alfred North Whitehead and process theology.
Some or all of these are on Goodreads, but the author link points to the first Andrew M. Davis, author of books like An Approach to Extended Memorization of Scripture. I'm quite certain these are two different people.
