What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

This book is a YA book i read somewhere around 2023-2024. The main character is a mute girl who lives with her aunt for the summer, somewhere in a coast village. She became mute when she almost drowned and her twin sister saved here. She and her twin were both very talented singers.
She meets a boy(the rich and popular kind) His father wants to buy the land where the aunt lives and build something new and modern there. The boy(idk his name) makes a bet with his father that if he wins a sailing competition then he won't do all that. The boy and the mute girl team up to fix a boat to win the competition and they fall in love. I think the title is something about summer or mermaids? Please help me!
