Booktok 📚 discussion

Hello, so I am kinda new to this universe of SJM.
I just started reading the first acotar book and I love it!
So now I saw that she brings out a new part and everyone has been saying that you should read TOG and CC before reading the new acotar.
So my question is so I have to read them to get the 6 book or not and are they worth it? (Cause these are a lot of Books)

I prob am going to read acotar 6, I was ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with the series the moment I started it, so hopefully it would be as good as the rest of the books! (btw DO NOT give up on the series no matter what you will not regret reading all of the books)

They are all interconnected, like a multiverse. If you wish to read them - do it. SJM writes great characters and worlds.
My favorite series is TOG, than CC and ACOTAR.
TOG and CC are heavier on the world building, emotional damage and character growth.
For me personally ACOTAR was like a kids fairytale, compared to the other two.
