Yesterday and this morning, I had to verify my email address with Goodreads. The same thing happen about 2 weeks ago.

Goodread state the reason for this, is a person's email provider, but a lot of people is having this problem.

I deal with Juno.

Are you having the same problem and if so, what email provider, do you have?
